Giving your name at an outlet is not enough: verify the DNI or username receiving the credit. Use the amount you have already budgeted for entertainment and obtain a transaction receipt. ARS 5,000 for one session with no further top-ups is an illustrative budget, not a TucuApuestas minimum. Ask about any fee before confirming; the reviewed documentation does not establish a universal tariff.
If the credit does not appear
A traceable support request
Check the receipt date, amount and reference, then inspect transaction history and balance type. Do not share your password or authentication code with anyone claiming to “release” a credit. When contacting support, describe one transaction with its details, keep the response and avoid another payment intended to fix the first. A wrong recipient and a posting delay are different problems.
