How I withdrew and how to request collection
My withdrawal completed without notable issues after a favourable session. The TucuApuestas rules describe starting in Extracciones, using withdrawable balance and obtaining a code for personal collection at an authorised outlet. The stated validity of that code is 60 minutes.

From withdrawable balance to the code
A request is not yet collection
Open Extracciones and choose an amount no greater than your withdrawable balance. The rules describe a numeric code of ten or more digits. Keep it private and plan your visit before generating it: its 60-minute validity is not a bank transfer processing promise. If it expires without collection, the request lapses, the balance remains and a new withdrawal request is needed.
Collect in person with your DNI
No intermediaries
The account holder must attend with their DNI; third-party collection is not allowed. Depending on the amount, a specific outlet or the company office may be required. Check the authorised location before travelling. My account of the session does not record a time, branch or payment method, so I do not attach a specific collection time or outlet to that experience. Keep the request and transaction record for any query, without publishing the code.
